At ITOCHU, we supply natural food colors and solutions for our customers struggling to come up with a solution to banned petroleum based food colorings in the United States.

We have product ranging from vibrant reds to beautiful greens and blues with all colors in between. We can also customize colors to match your needs.

Most of our colors are halal and kosher as well which is an added bonus!

Applications

  • We can offer solutions for all food and beverage applications as needed

  • Some of our unique solutions include:

    • Heat stable encapsulated reds that can provide bright pink to deep velvet colors in bakery applications
    • Water dispersing greens using chlorophyll despite this being oil soluble only
    • TiO2 replacing whites using modified starches and/or calcium carbonates
