THEIC is a fine white solid that is easily soluble in water, alcohol and other organic solvents. THEIC is very stable and is a highly reactive triol. It also produces stable compounds. THEIC has many superior characteristics including: increased heat resistance, increased hardness, higher adhesiveness, improved dispersion of dyes in resins in addition to increased weatherproofing and chemical resistance.
